❌⚠️ Infrastructural Sabotage


Kano : Two persons confirmed dead, and two others rescued alive after a two-storey building collapsed in the early hours of Thursday in Nomansland, Fagge local government area of Kano State.

Lagos : A student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Christiana Idowu, who kidnapped between Ikorodu and Yaba in Lagos State has been reportedly murdered by her abductor.

⚠️ Fraud


Niger : Pharmacy Technician students at Al-asas College of Health Technology, Minna, Niger State, charged N304,000 for their upcoming national examinations, the bulk of which its students considered as extortion.


Advisory : A thorough investigation into the allegations of fraud is required. The Ministry of Education and relevant authorities should ensure transparency in fees charged to students.


❌⚠️ Infrastructural Damage


Federal Capital Territory : A distressing state of disrepair has beset a Local Education Authority (LEA) Primary School at Pagada, in the Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, which caters to 213 pupils.


Advisory : Immediate intervention is needed to renovate the school infrastructure to ensure the safety of the pupils. Government authorities and non-governmental organizations should mobilize resources to address the situation.
